30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return and refund policy on all eligible items. You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or final-sale conditions.
Free Returns
MinimalCarry™ provides free return shipping for eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide return instructions.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@minimalcarry.store with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank for processing updates
